What people do when it's -40 and below for more than a couple days LOL

While being stuck inside for the last 2 weeks I found these YouTube videos showing just how cold it is here. They are kind of comical as well. Hopefully it will warm up to -20 or so soon. That way we can at least leave the house without feeling like we're going to die. There is no end in sight right now though. :(

I don't know that I have ever heard the statement "warm up to -20 soon." I can't even begin to imagine how cold that is!
I have always said that Alaska is one of those places that is only cool to live in after you moved. I would love to visit there though.
