You, sitting on the floor curled around a large glass of water, smiling, flushed, loud music all around. Someone reaching down to lift you up into the light with the rest of us, and you shaking your head, stuttering, managing to get out, after a few small tries "I don't deserve to stand if I can't do it on my own." Later, you stood up, the world apparently shook just for you when doing it, and you braced yourself against a pillar before launching into the funniest drunken discussion of chemistry I've ever been priveleged to hear between you and my husband.

That was a cool day huh? I remember making a dorky response. I thought about a bunch of things that would have been good memories but I am indecisive, that and I like making new memories anyway.
