13 minutes for each 18 lobsters in the autoclave + ridiculous quantities of butter + beer + sourdough bread + veggies and cheese and and and...

= yum.

Also, I have no idea how I'm supposed to work now.

Sometimes my job distinctly rocks.
CEOs that buy the entire company lobster kick ass.

Does your boss do this every quarter? That's kind of a cool company thing to do, especially the funny/geeky way they do it with the autoclave.

I posted when I found out about the idea - this was the first time I've been part of it, it's a yearly event.
over 100 lobsters is a HELL of a lot of lobsters.

I believe they were in fact still twitching when stuck in the autoclave. (But they'd spent a while in the baking tray without water prior to that, so I suspect actual life status depended on the lobster. 100ish lobsters 18 at a time takes some time.)
