Cooking Fail

I bought a bunch of rice for groceries this week, thinking I could live off rice dishes for a week. Unfortunately, I forgot that I completely suck at making rice. Dan, seriously, go splurge and get a rice cooker. Or maybe I'll let you inherit the old one I'll have no use for now that I'm almost done with college. Still works just fine. Either way, you can get a very nice rice cooker for very little, and it's worth it since it makes cooking rice EASY.

(I still don't have warm fuzzies for 4th edition..)

Dude, trust me get a rice cooker. It will change your life. And 4th is okay but, 3rd edition just seems to have less of a cookie cutter feel to it. (Plus be prepared for long combat sessions with 4th edition.)

I've actually been playing a lot of 4th edition in the last year or so, and it keeps getting more and more fun. I don't think combat is that much longer with it.

I guess I should get a rice cooker if you guys are both recommending one. I've been spending a bit too much lately, though, so I'll have to check my expenses. Also, I'm starting to really clutter my dad's kitchen with various gadgets. I don't know where I'd put it.
