I do enjoy going to a movie and then having dinner with family/friends after.

Though I don't often get to spend time with both.

Are you running your game on thursday?

I wasn't planning on it. I won't have time between now and then to work on it.

Wow irony a few friends talked me into trying that Magic the Gathering game. Any suggestions on a new person color combo deck? (I have enough cards for anything really.)

Also what 40K race are you going with? I remember you were a space marine player, right? (If so which chapter?)

Really, every color plays differently. Green has always been my favorite because it's straight-up creatures for the most part. Red/Green is a good combination because red has some pretty sweet creatures as well. Green/White works nicely too, as white usually has some good life-gain abilities. Straight white is fun for making a soldier deck (supplemented with plenty of equipment). Blue is a bit difficult to work with, but is used in professional-level play quite a bit. I rarely use it myself. Blue/Black control decks (blue counter/draw spells and black discard spells) can be effective, though. Black is great if you want to keep destroying everything on the board, and black/red combos are great for damage dealing (as are straight red decks).

I'm playing Crimson Fists right now. It's my only army, and I'm going to work on it a bit more before I move on to anything else.
