When the lights are low...:
My grandparents gave us a TV over 12 months ago. When we got it the picture was so faint we had to turn off all of the lights downstairs just to see the image on the screen clearly. i realised that as soon as i posted the comment, but then i didn;t see the comment here, so i thought maybe i forgot to post it. basically, i've been spending 12 hours at uni a day, so my brain has ceased to function

This is boxjam.

I didn't check out googlewhacking.com, but when people wrote about this at the Straight Dope Message Board, they had a scoring system. After you find the googlewhack, you search on each word separately. Then you multiply those two results together. So the more common the two words, the better your score.

One other thing to keep in mind - a googlewhack today may not be a googlewhack the next time their spiderbot crawls the web.

Ok, so we now have 3 official ways of determining 3 winners for 3 prizes:

1. The first one that makes me laugh gets a postcard from me.
2. The whack with the highest numerical value (as described by BoxJam) gets a postcard also.
3. The whack that could be used as the best insult (Jono suggested this, suprise suprise) I'll pay for and send a Catapult sticker to.
