I have been hugely underestimating the significance of reading my poetry at the Sydney Writer's Festival up until now. I just got sent an email from the event organiser with the running of the night and I AM THE ONLY POET PERFORMING. Bum bum bum! Now I am sooo nervous already. I thought I would be one of 10 poets? Gerbs, I was going to go to Karen Finley's performance from 6.30-7.30, which is in the bangarra theatre, do you think I could maybe go to like, half of that and then come to yours, or should I just go to yours? I totally don't want to miss out on the gerbs.
