So cool

The more I look at other children's programming for Jamie, the more I absolutely love Sesame Street. I took non-patronizing childrens entertainments so for granted as a kid.

I like Caillou, on Sprout. Ruby really loves the little between shows Sprout interludes for some reason. Overall, definitely my favorite kid channel.

Jamie seems way more into real people talking, too. Caillou is not my favorite. He reminds me of Charlie Brown on waaaaaay too much prozac.

That was genius! I kind of feel like Elmo ruined Sesame Street. I like seeing him get rattled a bit. But even aside from my anti-Elmo feelings, that was great.

Watch Yo Gabba Gabba or The Wiggles for about five minutes. Elmo will seem like Proust.

From Grover's expert use of the Socratic method to the quite frank explanation of why Mr. Hooper wasn't around any more, Sesame Street has always been pretty awesome.

Super Grover is my absolute all-time favorite muppet -
even when he's in disguise as the irritating waiter.
Maybe even especially....

Then there's "Slimy to the Moon!" Or "Shiny Happy Monsters".
The guest shots are awesome.
