Hmmm...well, so far the only big difference between Jamie and Ivy was the circumcision thing. We decided not to, and have had absolutely no problems in the li'l junk department. So by all means do whatever you both feel is right for you and your little guy and take my blessing with you, but don't feel intimidated that there's some big risk or hygenic hassle involved with forgoing the procedure.
And always point said li'l junk down when you put on a diaper. Jamie was "The Amazing Pee-dini!" for a while...he would completely wet the bed but his diaper would be dry...and for some reason it was always after daddy had diapered him...:)
The very first time he laughed was when he managed to squirt grandma while she changed him.
