I loved it, especially the acknowledgement of all the participants by branch at the end. But what do you mean *begin* charging late fees? Haven't you always had them?

Nope. Used to be if you kept things out overdue, they just wouldn't let you take anything else out until you'd brought back what you'd already borrowed.
Which I thought was awesome as hell.

On the plus side, they've finally put in a sidewalk on the side of the street that runs from my house to the library, so I don't have to cross Palisades Parkway twice to walk there.:) I'll just pretend that's what they're using the fines to pay for.
