Hmmm, out of curioisity

If you go for an interview and the interviewers ask for the reason why you left your previous jobs, what should you say?

when SingStat asked me why did I leave my insurance job, i said i couldn't find the job satisfaction i want from the insurance agent job even though it was also dealing with "surveys"...

I see, job satisfaction is a key component indeed.

But wouldnt the new company wonder if you would leave them again if you didnt get the job satisfaction that you are seeking for?

then that's up to the interviewers to decide.. like what your other friends commented here, i would say i believe the new company is able to provide me the job satisfaction/career progression i'm seeking

oh... I always give politically correct answer..for career progression...blah blah blah...ha...but think they say its a no no to say anything bad abt previous co.

haha... ya.... usually they will ask... I would say cos their organisation is big la...blah blah blah..try to apple polish them a bit...ha... *boot licker* :p

and ya... if only I can bitch abt previous co... I think the interview need about 2 , 3 rounds to finish bitching...
