Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers - my first "real" fandom, so to speak. :) I was 5-6 in 1989-1990 when it aired, so it wasn't a fandom where I met other fans yet (that only started happening when I was 11-ish), but other than that I did everything you could do in a "real" fandom. I love the 4th sigtag, with the lady hanging from ropes and holding a sword. I don't know the character's name. :)

Thank you! ♥ That's Gadget. :) The entire team is hanged on strings and forced to be marionettes (they're all rodents, so they're tiny). And she steals a sword from an actual marionette - the soldier behind her - and cuts everyone's strings. :D I must have rewatched it a few hundred times when I was a kid. :D

Just hearing the theme song takes me back to when I was six and my brother and I used to watch this. I just checked the wikipedia page because I know that Gadget was called Trixie in the German version, and it turns out the cheese loving mouse is called Monterey Jack in the original. So much better than the German name (which was Samson for whatever reason). I'm still laughing about it. Gadget was always my favourite, too.

Awww! We seem to be the same age then. :D

LOL, I originally watched it in Polish, and the names are mostly unchanged, but Monterey Jack (Monty) is changed to Roquefort (Rocky). I'd say that's more fun than Samson because at least they stuck with the cheese theme. ;D

OMG, hi! :D Yes, it is, and it's very active, it would be awesome to see you there! :) I'm actually hosting challenges this week, starting tomorrow (in lighthouse_the the participants also post the challenges, you can host a week or two per round, but it's not required to host if you just want to participate). :D

Added you back! :D At some point I'm probably going to update my dw/lj more than once a year, lol, but I just went back to posting challenge entries directly on my blog instead of in the landcomm social comm (hence this post and the previous one :D), so those updates are pretty likely to show up. :P
