(no subject)
I just read pretty much all of the LJ entries I've ever made, and I was quite amused. I seem to have changed more than I thought I did. Weird. And since the last entry I made was halfway through SUMMER, I'm going to have fun saying what has happened in my life since then. So if you actually see me every day, this may not be very interesting.
Ha. The end of summer essentially consisted of band. (Oh, sorry, color guard) Rehearsals, camp, more rehearsals. Lots of fun though. And then we started school. Oh, yay. I have a decidedly math and science-ish day. AP physics, aerospace (that's always amusing, I'll get back to that), Precalculus (YAY!!!), and then band or english (not so math or science related, but still lots of fun). Physics is, well, not bad, but I've learned that people may not be quite as good in certain things as I may have previously thought. Not my favorite class, because the teacher never explains anything in a way that make sense to anyone. And if he makes a mistake and I try to correct him (as everyone knows I love to do) he just tries to explain to me why hes right and I'm wrong, and almost always gets to the same conclusion that I had just pointed out. AHH! Very irritating. But I guess its a class that I have to take, and I probly would enjoy it with a different teacher. And then we have aerospace. Essentially ground school (how to fly and airplane). And I'm the only girl in the class. But it's amusing, although I stink at actually flying a plane (on the simulator). It works best if I navigate and my partner flies. My partner's... odd, but makes that class lots of fun. Oh, and the teacher is good friends with Mr. Couronis. Odd. And then we get to precalc. Probably my favorite class of the day, that or english. I LOVE math, and its nice to be in a class where my input is appreciated (my teacher actually likes it when I correct her mistakes, and has called me a dork and a know-it-all, kiddingly, of course, and which I took as compliments). So, yes, I love that class. And now, since I'm running out of time on the computer I will try to consolidate the rest of my day. Block 4 is either english or band, lots of fun. but I have now gotten distracted. I'll finish this at a leter time. Bye!
