It's late and I'm exhausted but I can manage just a little bit of an update while I wait for Mike to call. Yesterday was looong. My Aunt Clara decided last minute that she wasn't coming for Juliegiving, so that definitely put a damper on my holiday but I was fat and it was good. cool, you hit my store twice! were they busy there? i was stuck working it though it was not as bad as i thought because the stupid papers did not send people the Staples ad.

Glad things went well.

The first one we went to was mobbed. You couldn't even walk through the aisles because the lines were so long that they went to the back of the store. So we couldn't really find anything, and the Staples.com server was being a piece of crap, so we couldn't even order everything from there. So we left and later on went to another one, a bigger one, and it was empty. Like not a person on line. It was also around 10am by then though. And we got almost everything. What we couldn't, we finally managed to get online later in the day. I can't believe you worked it... I admire you guys so much for getting up and being friendly and awake enough to know where things are and whatnot. Because I certainly wasn't!

I have to admit it was quite hard to get up at the ass crack of dawn and work with people. Especially since I woke up with a migraine and then got sick before going to work. I noticed the Staples.com was like completely messed up. THe few things we did sell out of during the 50 people rush, we tried .com and it was completely down. It was funny though because I had people yesterday looking for some of the stuff on sale on Friday and did not understand that it was a one day price. The one even made me call the manager to ask if she could get the rebates and stuff. I did and he just cracked up.

Oh that's too funny. My Mom and I were in FYE, a music store (don't know if you have those), and this woman walked up to the guy with a DVD and was like can you tell me how much this is? And it had a sticker for like $28.99 on it and then a sale sticker for $14.99. He looks at it, goes to scan it, then noticed the sticker and goes, "$14.99." And she just looked at him like she was pissed off (?!?!?!) and walked away. Haha so no one was awake at all I guess. And that was at night I think.
