This whole scenario is not easy. I have tons of school work, all of which is assigned for but of which I can do on Rosh HaShannah, Shabbat, or any other Yom Tov for that matter. It's a fast day, but there isn't even a minyan to do minchah. Why doesn't my Jewish day school want me to be observant?
