Yes, that's what the no littering along the highway signs said on the drive here. I've arrived safely in Austin, TX. idahoev made the drive with me (ok, he did most of the driving). My car was ridiculously loaded down with stuff - the trunk, up to the ceiling in the backseat, the car carrier on top, and the bike on a rack on the trunk
