lots of miles
Today me and cam(ille) went running for like the first time ever this summer and were amazed to find that our volunteer trip actually did get us into pretty good shape. Now running two miles in a row may not seem like that much to you, but i don't think I've ever done that before except maybe in like crazy pre-season, but that doesn't count. What
