So how do you tell your company that the amount of work they are asking you to do on a daily basis is inhumane? And that when all of the clients complain about slow responses it's because you do not have enough people in the office to help? I am beyond my level of manageable stress. Just tell them that your workload is starting to affect the clients happiness. Come at them with a couple of ideas for how to spread the work out, or ask for another employee.
