apparently i'm running in the turkey trot 10k on thursday. i hope my uncle knows that i don't expect him to run with me the whole time. i don't like feeling pressured for pace or like i'm slowing someone else down. let's see if i do my normal 62 min time. i haven't been running as much lately, and most of my runs have only been easy 45min jogs ( Read more... )

thank you =).

it's 6.2 miles. hence my 62 min estimation, since i normally run a frighteningly consistent 10min/mile, whether it's a 5, 10, 12, or 15k. although, i'm expecting to be a bit slower this time since i haven't been running consistently (thanks to biking more).
