I really enjoyed spending last week in Michigan with Ben and Kat. I miss them already. I helped Kat in the lab with her ELISAs to test blood samples for exposure to Dengue virus (she acquired the samples on a trip to Ecuador). I believe they're looking at the urbanization of the virus. Max loved Vampire Chronicles. As a result, I picked up Interview and read it last summer. The movie was disappointing, btw.

Actually, it's one of my favorite movies! I've had it for awhile, and only read the book for the first time last week. So maybe it's because I saw the movie before reading the book. The book was even better, as expected.

Is Clearwater known for its Scientologists? I know a few of the races in Tampa Bay are sponsored by them and there's a big Scientology center in downtown St. Pete, so it wouldn't surprise me.
