Yesterday was Roger's 60th birthday.  I took off the whole weekend so that we could spend it together.  We didn't end up doing much, other than going out to eat and going to a movie yesterday.   I did manage to get the fishpond pump turned on and sprayed all the weeds in the garden.  It's been too rainy and cold to do that earlier.  After the movie

I should start planning something for Danny's 60th on January 2. It's an odd date for a birthday; UNM winter break ends right after new year's, so we're on holiday for 8 or 9 days before that. Plus we're still recovering from Christmas.

He says he hates birthdays, but I don't think that's true at all. It was just me and him for his 50th (he hadn't moved to ABQ yet, but was visiting, so no possibility of a party).
