Beware all, flu season is once again in full swing. Take your vitamins, get your flu shots, because its nasty. And it has come early this year. I may be one of the first (if not the first) case in Corvallis, but its arriving, so be prepared.

No one between the ages of 8 and 25 should recieve flu shots.

which is why they give one to me every year. and the only years I havent gotten them (in about the past 5 years) I have gotten the flu

Because a> you want children to build up immunities naturaly. If they're never exposed to diseases, they become extremely more suseptable (sp?!); and most importantly, b> it takes away from the limited amounts of vaccines to people who really need them, i.e. the elderly, children under 3, severly sick patients and pregnant women.

yeah my mom got hit rather hard by the flu last weekend, then my dad, but luckily us kids didn't get it
