a friend headed down the wrong road

hi! this is my first time on live journal i just set my account. my life is pretty boring at the moment but i still have things to talk about i guess. dance is killer right now for me but i love it still. the one major thing i have to talk about right now is that a good friend of mine that has started to change for the worst ever since we started

hey sweetie. its amy. here's my take on the whole situation: its highschool. this is the time where your supposed to start figureing out who you really are and most people dont acomplish that until long after. everyone is bound to try new things and experience new ways of life. im sure your friend understand what people are saying about her and frankly who cares what people say, especially in high school when nothing really matters anyway. i understand your concerns completely. but you have to realize that no matter what she wears im sure at one point in her high school career she is going to be, if not already, introduced to drugs, alcohol and sex in some way. as long as shes not doing any of these things im sure you have absolutely nothing to worry about. if her other friends want to disown her because of the things she wears then they probably wern't worth being friends with anyway. if you really care about her, you'll stick with her no matter what. and if it becomes more than an image problem then i would talk to her about it.
