According to the email I got today. Splendour in the grass 2006 is officially SOLD OUT!!

apparently they got like 2,800,000 hits on the website yesterday morning alone...

I feel very lucky I got a ticket.

I am still cranky pants that I missed out on a camping ticket, but I am very very happy I have an event ticket. Oh, I have some Death Cab albums Sammy if you wish to have them burnt for you to get you in the mood.

That is a lot of fucking hits for their website. Next year perhaps they will get their shit together.

I think we should make ourselves familiar with all the splendour artists....

Im going to be organised this year.. Im am going to study up... know all the music and be able to sing the lyrics accurately...
I have a feeling some of these bands are going to overlap and I am going to have to choose! sunday is jam packed!!!!! I figure if I know all the music... I myte be able to better equip myself for such a decision..... or it could make everything a hell of alot harder!!!

The Sunday lineup does worry me. And the two acts that I've already seen in the past month are both on the Saturday, which is crap, because if it came to a crunch I could skip those. Bah. Yes I will burn Death Cab CDs for you and Ley. I would like Jose in return please Jackass.

I was planning on burning jose for everyone anyway....
also planning on buying Matisyahu for myself... I will burn it too...

can I please have a copy of the newest grates, does anyone has that new song by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.. I like it and would much like to own it.... we have the old yeah yeah yeahs cd on our music database but not the new one....
