chocolate will do you good. not too much though, lol. join a shitload of clubs. do all your homework in advance. working out also helps time pass by. hang out with friends when you can. buy books and read them. porn also gets the job done, lol jk! i dunno if this'll help but yeah. :-)

Preoccupying yourself doesn't help! Believe me, I've dont it and regret it. Once you finally come back around to it, it hurts more and takes a longer time to get over. That's not to say that you shouldn't do things that distract you, because it does help but don't overwhelm yourself with extra activities, allow yourself sometime to think and work through everything. talk to someone about it, someone that's gone through the same thing, someone that has insight to what's going on; it will help you get through it better.

That being said, if you need/want to talk you know where to fine me.
