45 minutes on the treadmill in the pool, at least 6 days a week, or a good equivalent like 30 minutes walking on a beach and an hour on a bike going to and from town. If I miss two days, I notice it. If I miss three days, is bad. Very bad.
Who'd a' thunk I'd become an exercise junkie?
Pity we don't live closer, else we could provide incentive to each other. I'm quite good at being annoyingly insistent.

is you're special take better care of yourself. Have a Beautiful Christmas. I know t will be different not going home. You and T have a great time. It looks like Joe and I will be in NYC in June for an opening at the Smithsonian.
It has taken me awhile to realize that working out actually makes me feel BETTER. I am so tempted to veg on the couch, but if I get a workout in, it helps me through the rest of my day. At this point, I am just trying to do something that makes me sweat every day.
