February 9th, Richard Dawkins is visiting our lab.  He and a film crew are going to take video of my birds doing their thing (and presumably will interview me doing my thing) because he likes what we do, and what my birds do!

I'm really *nervous* being that I'm pagan and all (we'll just keep that on the DL, now won't we??)

But my science is rad, so...it should go okay I think :)

The Big T and I are going to see him talk that Wednesday after we meet at a public talk out in Omaha, so between the interviews and the talk, I will DEFINITELY be reporting back to LJ :)

Yeah hehe I would be nervous too - although I think he is interesting, he also imho acts like quite an asshole to people who do have beliefs! (As if Science, as a conglomerate of theories, is not its own type of belief!) :) Buut I do think it's also very exciting, so yay! I'm guessing the science part will all be awesome fun though :) I just wouldn't like to discuss my beliefs with him, haha! After dating an evolutionary biologist who loved Dawkins, I have some idea hee :)
