Tiger Boy has started Culinary 120 class and has a huge list of required stuff.

I'm putting this out their in case someone has or might be willing to buy for Tiger Boy. It would have been nice if the class had listed the supplies ahead of time so we could have collected them over the summer.

I strongly recommend the Oxo good grips vegetable peeler. It's easy and stays sharp a long time. Any particular kind of calculator?

Any simple calculator that can do fractions.

I agree with the OXO good grips.

I have 2 different zesters that are extras, so I'm willing to send one over. I posted a picture of both of them on FB (mobile pix). Just let me know if you want the big one or the small one. They zest differently, so be sure to have him ask the chef if there is a recommendation.
