its harder losing someone your age. it makes you admit your own mortality. i know that when i lost my friend rachel a few months ago, it totally blew me away. i know how you feel

I am so sorry. And I don't think it would be AT ALL inappropriate for you to go to the service or to the hospital. You're just wanting to show you're respect and care for two/three amazing young people who touched your life. I know that if I were in their shoes I'd be honored to have a complete stranger reach out and tell me how much my *insert relation here* changed your world, because that's what they did. By being those amazing people, they canged the world forever, for the better.

And I think your recognition of that strength and support that those girls gave to all they met would be the greatest thing you could do. The best compliment anyone could ever recieve is knowing how much you benifited from mearly meeting them. By just putting them in your thoughts and prayers you're doing more than anyone could ever ask of you.
