Its sunday and I have nothing to say of any earth shattering importance.

I finally got rid of a nearly week long headache with the help of muscle heat cream, some tylenol, saline nasal rinse and some murine in my ears to clean them out. Man, I hate having sinus troubles lol.

Right there with you...mine are always acting up! Thank goodness for over the counter meds. Glad that you are feeling better! :o)
