Well I suppose that I should say something to kick off the new year in the journal, not that I have anything of mass importance to say. The same old issues apply including my mental dislike of certain characters. So after the mystery bug of Tuesday night that kept me out of work yesterday due to the 1-2 punch of sinuses and stomach flu, I am now back in the office with just a minor sinus headache.
I could have stayed home to nurse the rest of the headache off but for a) mom's constant refrain of "are they going to penalize you" for being sick and b) my dad's ( Read more... ) -

Seems like I should be cleaning my room and yet I cant be arsed to do so. I did make a beginning, but found my bed and my computer far more entertaining of companions as usual. -
Bah humbug
Today at work we're having not only a staff "appreciation" breakfast but a staff holiday tea later this afternoon and I have discovered that I haven't the foggiest want to be there at either event.
