migraine

so I started getting migraines with the beginning of menopause.  then it lightened up and I was only getting them occassionally  and for the last month it feels like one continuous migraine that just comes and goes in waves of severity

Oh that sounds awful. The headache and nor being able to share. My family suppresses info like that to protect each other from worry.
