(no subject)
So, as Ruu pointed out, it's been a while since I've had an update that isn't "ROUTER SUCKS. BE BACK ONLINE LATER" hahahaha :'D;; I dunno I just talk to most of you guys on IM like constantly so you know all that's going on already XD;
Anyways~
So, as of Tuesday, I am now officially a high school graduate! I feel so old XD and yet young at the same time because all of you are older than me hahaha. Now it's just two and a half short months until I'm off to Hamilton~
That does bring me to a good point I've been meaning to make for a while now, though. Seeing as I will be leaving in August and I'm the only one in the area, let alone at my school, going to Hamilton, I'll be leaving all my friends behind. So I won't be around as much this summer as I have in past ones, because I'll be spending as much time with them as I can before August 20th. Because you guys of course I'll still be in touch with in college XD but it'll be harder for the friends I only interact with irl.
Hmm, hmm, what else is new. I finally read Mockingjay, which I've been putting off forever (I used to love the series and then I got really put off them by a series of rants I read, but now that I'm back into it I can't get enough and I'm not really sure why I ever left XD) My friend won't be getting her copy of it back till I buy my own, and I'm waiting on having Catching Fire mailed back to me because I need so bad to be able to read it from start to finish.
It's interesting - I don't usually ship het couples, aside from Nova/Apis and the RFR equivalents, but Peeta and Katniss are just....I can't even explain it XD Finnick and Annie too but that pairing makes me ;___; I'm super excited for the movie (though it doesn't come out for a yeeeear /groan) and I'm really loving the casting so far. I love Stanely Tucci, the girl playing Rue is adorable, and I am willing to be convinced that Josh Hutcherson can play Peeta. Hopefully he can rock the hair change as much as Jennifer Lawrence. Speaking of Lawrence I kind of went "eeeeh" when I first found out she was playing Katniss, but now that I see she is rocking the hair change hardcore and read several interviews with her I am really excited.
There are a lot of movies I'm really excited to see coming out this summer! X-Men looks interesting, and then there's Green Lantern and Captain America, Harry Potter, AND LET'S NOT FORGET DARK OF THE MOON. I am so psyched, guys.
Also, on an ending note, I'm thinking of getting a Kindle so I don't have to drag three suitcases worth of books to college, which I know I otherwise will. Any suggestions? I was thinking about getting the 3G + Wireless version so that I can download new books on the go, but that one is more expensive so...
