Penelo sounds exhausted, her voice is tinged with the aftereffects of crying, and she's pausing often between her words.

Vayne! I...uh...Vayne Solidor. He is...he was Larsa's older brother. He was a monster, he poisoned his own father, he orchestrated the deaths of thousands of people, including my parents and my best friends brother.

He almost brought our entire continent to war, but, he's dead. We...we killed him. I helped, I saw him die.

But...he's here. From...before, somehow. After he did some terrible things, before he did others, god...I don't know.
