Week-end à Bordeaux

Oct 10, 2006 13:30

I haven't made any real entry for a while but I guess I should really post one now as Chris isn't here with me and can't write supAr long detailed entries for me :p

Sorry for the bad English but I'm too lazy to proof-read what I've just typed. Sorry about this terribly boring entry as well but now that I've typed it I might as well post it :p

Chess <3

When did French consoles stop doing the whole Secam thing? I guess not NES-era

Hmmm I don't know but the problem with the NES has nothing to do with secam I think, England and Italy just had a version different from the rest of Europe, can't remember why... :/

btw I didn't know there were 2 different generations of NES in the UK, are the Mattel ones really rare or not? :o

I just did a little lookup and yeah, it seems there were two PAL regions established... weird :<

I don't think 'really rare' is how I'd describe it but they're a little harder to get hold of. The only reason they stopped making them was because Nintendo realised they were doing a shit job

It's funny, this habit of yours of pointing out how you're a bad French, or not French anymore, or whatever, and "proving" it by being very critical toward some French stuff/habits/whatever, in an (antipatriotic?) "elitistic prick" way which is most definetely quite French, attitude wise ^_^;

For instance: French towns and cities are really filthy and drivers are mad, it scares me :{ Paris was ok but small places like Saintes make me feel quite down :/=> many French people would usually agree with these statements with a sigh and a nod, and a few other complaints... followed by le shrug ( ... )
