was it a Friends episode when some guy told a girl that he loved her and then took it back? I'm drawing a blank.....please someone shed some light on this for me cause it's seriously driving me crazy! If it's not Friends, what show was it

no....i'm not sure if it was a friends episode. but the entire show revolved around saying or doing something and then taking it back. it's still driving me crazy. but thanks for the thought :)
