So Wednesday night a group of about 20 people from my dorm got together to play capture the flag. I don't think that I had played that since I was in 6th grade or so. It was great. So last night the only thing that I didn't want to do was right a paper. Guess what I ended up staying up until 2 doing... That's right a paper. So I finally got myself over to the pool to do some laps today. I think that I did about 1,500 yards. Pretty good I think. But anyway I feel a lot more calm emotionally and my muscle loved the strech. So I decided that I will swim 3 days a week and do circut training 2 days a week.
