everyone on my squad is getting a tape w/all the football routines and pep-ralley's on it so if they want to practice them they can do it on thier own, today i spent the hour doing technique

hola mi hija :) you are supposed to go over both the dances and technique...in whatever order you want of course. b/c you know that they will not go over it on their own.
