Okay, I know I said I don't like talking about politics, but I've come across too many people lately who are taking this election either too lightly or worse are voting for McCain-Palin.

1) On Abortion.

John McCain opposes Roe v. Wade. He wants to make abortion illegal:

I agree on everything. The question is - is general public in US ready to sell their stocks, their retirement investments, etc.? If it's come to that, then US may get the whole World into big deep and stinky sheet. I had a nerve investing some of my free funds into the stocks of our Russian compaies (I am from Moscow) and now value of that investment is only HALF of the orginal amount. I think most articles I've read lately call McCain out on not really knowing anything about the economy, and how his Senate career shows he's been really in-line with his party as far as economic decisions are concerned.

Also, he doesn't know who the President of Spain is. After being told who he was.

For the record:

McCain spoke forcefully on May 25, 2006, on behalf of the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005.
