In general, I don't drink until 18:00 and will start eating at 20:00 most of the time. I am constantly trying to break the habit but, it's something so natural to me that I easily forget I perhaps should've started eating and drinking earlier. Having said that, I am currently out of the habit mostly because of drinking. I'm getting headaches at the moment, the situation becomes far better if I have something to drink! =)
Today~ I woke up at 09:30 had chicken curry with naan and brocolli at 14:30 or something. I then ate strawberries and cream a while later. Then had a scone a couple of hours later too. And now I just finished eating a tiny packet of chocolate Magic Stars. Cute, aren't they? Do you have these where you live?
My eating is POOR, huh? Ha ha. Whatever, I don't really care enough to do much about it. Trying to work on exercise a little bit more. =)
Drink? As in...alcohol? D: I drink all day long, just purely water though. I think I actually drink the proper amount of water a human is 'supposed' to drink which is about 2L of water.
Well, I know a lot of girls that skip 1 or 2 meals just purely due to hormones according to them. Which I find quite strange. As for me, I ALWAYS eat 3 meals, even if I'm late by like 5 hours. I had dinner consisting of chicken Parmesan and noodles(which tasted awesome!) at 4:30 am last night, while watching Hot Tub time Machine; quite a mediocre movie btw.
I don't know how you ladies can exercise on so little carbs and calories. You guys are insane!
Oh, and my friend works at an ice cream shop, I think I've seen those Magic Stars around.
