I have been learning about peer groups and peer acceptence in HD Middle Childhood. I can't help but reflect on myself and my past while learning about social development. I totally identify with what you said about how what happened in middle school affects you now. Sometimes I wonder if I'll every get over all of the insecurities that developed over that time. And yes all of our teachers totally missed the boat on both of our ADD. I found my academic file recently and every single teacher over multiple years wrote that I worked extremely slowly.

Does you text book say anything about me at that age??

Teachers are not allowed to suggest that a child has ADD/ADHD to the parents. They can't say, "I think your child has ADD and I think you should get them tested". Sucks, I know. They can suspect it all they want, but they can't say anything. I'm doing a paper on this subject right now actually. Lol
Maybe I'll use you as an example if you'll let me? Your wording in here is perfect.
