When you think everything is going well, life takes an unexpected turn. I was promoted into Geek Squad at Best Buy approximately a month and a half to two months ago. I've learned quite a bit with the programs that we use to do new pc setups. All of the seasoned Geek Squad Agents have taught me that process. What I haven't learned is the backup

I hope you made it very clear to your manager that it would have been EXTREMELY HELPFUL to be provided with the tools you described. Also, you should have been told by your manager if your work was not up to par.
If things settle back in, then OK. However, if they start giving you crap about stuff, I would buck it higher than the store.
You got treated like a piece of sh*t - and someone outside the store needs to know about it.

The only issue it was the GM, and the Manager of the Dept that made the decision. But yes, once I quite I will send a note into the Better Business Bureau or to the HR Dept of Best Buy.
