new layout, finally!

Considering I generally dislike beige, leaving myself with a beige layout for five months or so was probably not the smartest idea, and so I got Will to commission me for a picture in return for finally being able to update the thing. As a result, I went about as far away from beige as you can get, as well as adding in a few features like code to

There's just so much to remember! All the chem units are mostly applying concepts, but the biology one's fact recall about things most people have done and I haven't.

I'm going to be going along to sessions for people who've not done a-level biology, so hopefully they'll help - otherwise, I think I probably will be taking your advice. I have a few friends who are great at bio but have done less maths than I did, so we might even be able to do a sort of swap.

Good lord, such a cute layout! I love your octopus! Do you do zombies? I've been itching for a new layout. *laughs* I actually want to post--somewhere--and commission someone to make me a zombie zergling picture that I could use on LJ and/or Subeta. Maybe I should post that to my LJ today, and actually be proactive in some way.

I enjoy using your LJ as a space for me to ramble on! The octopus is just so welcoming!

Hee, thanks :) I've never done a zombie before, but that's not to say I wouldn't. Except I don't know what a zergling is.

Yay, so glad to see it online at last. It's so lovely and soothing and prettiful.

Also, you know I did molecular biology because you've spent three weeks teaching yourself what I spent two years of five hours a week learning :0P But I'm not sure how much I could help, certainly over the internets. But whenever I come down to see you, remind me to bring that revision guide for you and hopefully that will help somewhat. I can see if I can dig out my notes too, you never know, I might find something helpful somewhere.

We're covering the A-level syllabus at great speed in lectures at the moment, but I think the revision guide would definitely be helpful - even if I do buy the 1200 page bio textbook I think I need (ew) it's hardly going to be the most accessible or portable book ever.
