And oh, how I know Parker's cup confusion :D (European here, who measures in metric and is always at a loss when dealing with American recipes ;) Actually, my first time ever dealing with an American recipe was almost exactly the same reaction as Parker's to the cups :D)

Oh haha I've never really thought about having to use American recipes I guess that would be confusing. I know how to use metric because of all the sciences classes I take so it's not hard.
