Because of his role as Cal Lightman on Lie to Me it's clear that Tim can play a manipulative, 'man with the plan' persona.
First off let's just get it out there and say that I would probably give my bank account numbers to Stana Katic if she were just talking to me not even trying to grift. When I think of her as a grifter I think of the Castle episode where she manages to get into the illegal poker game by acting like a Russian chick. Oh and according to wikipedia she can speak 7 languages so would be useful.
Jensen Ackles is hot. (and he plays brooding and angry well)
So yes I changed Hardison to a girl, because when I think Hacker the second person behind Hardison is Claudia Donavan. I love that Scags is so geeky herself and she has a funky style. Sometimes I have to wonder about some of Hardison's wardrobe.
Summer Glau can play crazy (River on Firefly/Serenity and Tess on The 4400) and badass (Cameron on TSCC) and she was a ballerina so that fits with all the flexible gymnastics stuff that Parker does.
