Perhaps I'm bitter and jaded, but my guess is: no way. The same government that is proclaiming this a major victory will, when questions like yours get asked, caution that there are still many serious threats to security (i.e., that killing bin Laden wasn't a major victory). Paging Dr. Orwell...
