Today I fell in love with a cookbook. It has the most amazing vegetable recipes, arranged by growing season. There's an element of autobiography (very trendy right now, I think, but I'm still a fan). It's not a Mennonite cookbook, is it? I bought one about a month or two ago and the recipes are grouped by season...

It is not, actually. But your's sounds cool, too -- what is it? Along with autobiography, I think the seasonal thing is getting trendier too. Which is actually good.

It is _The Garden-Fresh Vegetable Cookbook_ by Andrea Chesman. I bought it at the Pitt book store, where it was on clearance for $6.99.

Have you been doing an online shopping for garlic presses (as in, do you have any recommendations)? And, again, _The Garden-Fresh Vegetable Cookbook_ by Andrea Chesman.

I had a really good one growing up that was solid and non-fancy. I don't really know about brand names these days. Rosle, Zylec and OXO are standard "gadget" brands that I like, so I would probably go for one of those.
