So, I had this weird dream that one of the choreographers on SYTYCD decided it would be a great idea to make a Twilight-inspired dance on this show. Set to Mastodon or something. Buh. Because that's just what we would need, Edward and Bella angst-dragging and throwing each other around the stage

My terrible dilemma right now is that I want to vote for multiple couples... how much does this cost again??

Yes. AND YOU SHOULD TOO! I did think their dance was the best of the night (and besides, SPACE!VAMPIRES!, what's not to love?) although honesty compels me to admit I probably would have voted for them anyway. Although the Cheerleader annoys me...

I know bob_ette voted for two couples. I think, if I read the fine print correctly, that messaging is fairly cheap ($0.55?), but calls from mobiles are expensive.

Yeah, I think I want to vote for three of them... three's okay and don't worry, the space vampires would definitely be up there.

I think they were really lucky to get hip hop though, it'd be interesting to see them in something ballroom/latin.

I totally get your annoyance with the hair thing. When I was a gymnast (and I'm pretty sure it's the same for professional dancers) you had to have your hair tied back (we always interpreted this to mean 'tied back and sprayed in place with copious quantities of glitter hairspray'). It's a neatness thing.

Also, dancing vampires? They've so got my vote - or would do if I were in the country.

It's a practicality thing! Plus, it actually hurts being smacked in the face by your own hair.
