Well, it feels pretty good. The only strange thing is to refer to the two of us as "a family". I never really thought about that... but that is what we are now. :) Other than that it's pretty much the same as before, since we already lived together for a year. I'm already used to saying "my wife". ;)

Yeah, I can imagine! It must be great to confirm the love and the life that you share together.

So you already got used to the "my wife"-thing, I think that would be the weirdest thing for me to say "my husband" about someone ;)

DAN! You look so handsome! And Danni looks stunning! I wish I could have seen it in person, but thank you for posting pictures! I'm so happy for you too and Trevi Fountain and San Pietro look as beautiful as ever. I hope you have many many years of wedded bliss together! I have some of my own news - This weekend Aaron proposed - and I said yes! :D :D You are the first LJ friend to know and it seems so appropriate to let you know this good news on the tail of your beautiful pictures! The date isn't set in stone (it's not even been three days since he proposed!) but we're looking at October 18, 2008. Of course, you and Danni are invited ;)
I do hope you keep in touch and tell Danni that I said she looks stunning!

Thank you for the nice words and kind wishes. :) We of course return the congratulations and wish you all the best as well. :) I guess it didn't come as a big surprise, since it had been in the pipeline for some time now. We hope your wedding day will be just as great as ours. Hopefully we will be able to be part of it.

We feel very honored that you told us us (and the other readers of my journal) first. Please share the story about how he proposed to you! :))
