Thanks, yes it's going as well as it could... I got these two posts up and then got busy again... LOL Icon is awesome isn't it? They didn't that technology when I had my daughter!

Wow! So much information. Thank you for sharing it. I'm happy that the baby is going to be okay and I believe he won't have Downs. :) (That's my way of putting it out into the universe that he WON'T have Downs. :D )

Anyway, God, I hope the rest of your medical care is better for you. Bad medical care during pregnancy is the worst. Ugh.

I need to get the rest of the weeks put up... you're right, no Downs. The second half of the pregnancy went much smoother than the first half... that's for sure!

Yes, a boy. We're definitely happy about that. I'm a tad scared as to how to deal with a boy but I guess that's normal...LOL

We are doing well on everything... My brother and 2 of Randy's sisters all had boys in 2006 so believe me... we are stocked!

I realize you pretty much can’t do anything without using your abdominal muscle.Oh man do I understand this! I had my gallbladder out when I was 25. All the entries for surgery - 4 of them - are through your stomach. I was in bed for 2 weeks and what do you do when you have to spend 2 weeks non-stop in bed? Watch TV. Family Ties reruns almost killed me. I had to watch Little House on the Prairie and other non-comedies. I had to roll sideways out of bed because sitting up was to much. I couldn't ride in a car - the seat belt went right over everything that hurt - not to mention the bumps in the road. The list was endless

Yes, if there's one thing I learned throughout this whole ordeal is that doctor's are not perfect and usually far from it. Not trying to knock their expertise or anything... but hell, a doctor told me I couldn't get pregnant and there I was. So I learned, you know your body, you got to get that message across when something doesn't "feel" right.

Abdominal surgeries have got to be the worst. I've had 2 others so I know what I'm in for. I just didn't want it to start before I had surgery...LOL Reading all your memories - rolling sideways to get up, etc. - made me laugh. It was like reading a checklist of what I'm feeling every day, sans the TV watching since I'm still working.

Thanks so much... that's very sweet. Very happy to have a boy... be even happier when he gets here! Just 5 more days!
